Next Spacey LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "3D Spacey") operates the website www.3dspacey.com and the 3D Spacey Desktop Application (collectively, the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy while ensuring the full functionality of our software ecosystem.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1. Account & Verification Data
User Data: Name, email address, phone number, and encrypted (hashed) passwords.
Creator Data: For payout processing and legal compliance, we collect government-issued IDs, tax identification forms (including W-9 for US persons and W-8BEN for non-US persons), and bank/payment details.
1.2. System & Telemetry Data (Essential Operations)
To function as a high-performance system utility, the Software automatically collects minimal data required for operation:
Hardware Fingerprints: Basic hardware configuration (such as CPU, GPU models, and device IDs) to generate a unique Hardware ID (HWID). This is strictly used for license enforcement, preventing account sharing, and performance optimization.
File System Metadata: The App processes necessary file paths and directory metadata to enable core features like high-speed search, asset exporting, and "Auto-Relink." We treat this operational data with the utmost confidentiality. It is used exclusively to facilitate your workflow within the application and manage your asset history. We absolutely do not sell, share, or expose your local file metadata to any third parties.
Usage Analytics: Clickstreams, search queries, download history, and session duration to improve the Service.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your data for Operational Necessity, including:
Service Delivery: Activating the Software and managing your cloud access.
Security & Anti-Piracy: Using HWID to lock accounts to authorized devices and prevent unauthorized distribution of Assets.
Financial Processing: Billing via Stripe and calculating payouts for Creators under our User-Centric Payment System.
Optimization: Debugging technical issues and enhancing the "Real-time Relink" performance.
3. SHARING OF INFORMATION (OPERATIONAL NECESSITY)
We do not sell your personal data. We transfer data to third parties only for operational necessity:
3.1. Infrastructure & Service Providers
Payment Processors (Stripe): To securely handle transactions. We do not see or store your full credit card information.
Cloud Hosting (AWS/Google Cloud): To store and deliver Assets.
Analytics Engines: To help us analyze software stability and user trends.
3.2. Legal Compliance
We may disclose information if required by law (e.g., IRS tax reporting for Creators, court orders) or to protect the safety, rights, and property of Next Spacey LLC.
4. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY
4.1. Retention Period
Active Data: We retain your data as long as your account is active.
Financial Records: Creator tax forms and payout history are retained for 7 years as required by US law.
Deleted Accounts: We may retain HWID fingerprints and transaction logs for up to 24 months after account deletion to prevent fraud and subscription abuse.
4.2. Security
We utilize industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and secure hashing for data at rest. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
5. YOUR DATA RIGHTS (GDPR & CCPA)
Regardless of your location, you have the following rights:
Access & Portability: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction: You can update your profile and billing info at any time via the Dashboard.
Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention requirements (e.g., financial audits).

6. POLICY FOR CHILDREN (AGE RESTRICTION)
